31 Days of Autumn by C.J. Fallowfield

Wow! There are no words to describe the emotion, suspense, just overall feel of this book. I fell in love with Dan and Ellie story in the first two books, but this one just to get to it whole other level. I literally could not help myself but to tear up at parts, and gripping my Kindle so scared I thought was going to break at certain parts. Ms. Fallowfield has completely out done herself with this book. I do believe this is my new favorite of all her books. Like I said I cannot describe the emotions and the suspense that this book pulls and pulls you into but I was pulled in at the every beginning and was completely captivated until the very end.

I picked this little gem up on a fluke, and I'm glad I did. It's a nice holiday read. The characters are well developed, the story was sweet and engaging, and it was an all around enjoyable good read. The characters had their issues, as always, but they were not downtrodden and pitiful about it. I just really enjoy this writers voice and look forward to reading more from her. If you're looking for a nice holiday read with a HEA, and who doesn't want a happy Christmas HEA, I'd definitely recommend this one.

Shimmy for Me

Shimmy for Me by DeAnna Cameron

At first glance, this is a story line that doesn't always play out well. I'll be general to avoid spoilers. Guy and girl meet as strangers, have a fling, then end up meeting again in a situation where they can't avoid each other. Really,  I haven't told you anything. Anyway, DeAnna Cameron does a great job of navigating this story line into a story that I read straight through. The characters were engaging, the story was engaging, and for a novella, it definitely felt like a full story. I enjoyed the story, love belly dance, so that's a bonus. It was a nice, engaging, solid read that I totally enjoyed.

Unbound Faith by J.L. Baldwin

What a debut!!!! A great story full of suspense, drama, and laughs. The characters are great, I absolutely loved them. This was definitely a story that gripped me right away and kept me wanting more. Zac has a job to do and protect Jayde but will his emotions and wants get in the way? Jayde just wants to be happy and believes she can find that with Zac until someone else has other plans and wants Jayde to pay for the past.

All I can say is WOW for J.L. Baldwin's debut novel! Great story, great characters, great suspense, definitely a page turner and the ending........I will say it is a cliffhanger that will have you begging for the next book NOW!!

This was a great story full of drama an some suspense. Audrey ahs a past that she doesn't speak about and still running from,, but every since she first met Chad as a young girl she has fantasied about him. Chad is the surf god that every woman wants, and he never goes for seconds. With a chance encounter these two are brought together again, but can they last? I truly loved these two, but there were a couple of times I thought they acted more like teenagers than 30 year olds. But, again, I did love these characters. I could truly feel Audrey's fear and Chad's frustration along with the love they both feel. This was definitely a great read and I can't wait to jump into the second book.

Chasing Memories by Ellie Wade

WOW!!! This was just a story it was a journey and I loved every minute of it. What happens when you wake and you remember a life that hasn't happened and your old life just isn't what you once thought it was? Mia wakes up from a coma and while she can remember most of her life she also remembers a life that everyone around her says never happened but to her feels so real. I cannot explain the emotions that came with reading this book. For me it was a powerful journey of always following your heart and dreams no matter where they come from and who doesn't agree with you. This was a journey that filled my heart with hurt, sadness, love, and happiness. Ellie Wade's writing just pulled me in and took me on this journey that showed that as long as you follow your heart you can only truly find your happiness.
